Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If there are any delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be notified via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the system.


Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We are not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, the customer must contact the carrier directly.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping fees.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.
